Single Session Training Tele-Seminars
Choose from a variety of pre-designed single session information based courses or just let us know what you are looking for.

Multi-Session Tele-Coaching
Partner up with a group of 3-6 people in your industry or Salon/Spa for specifically directed business coaching. This is a great way to complete a project, build a team, and explore what is possible for your business. We have ideas for directed coaching or let us know what you are specifically looking for.
$150 for 3 live and 1 personalized email session p/month
Some Course Ideas and Options:
Co Operating Agreements: For teams to work together it is helpful to know what is most important to each team member. We have a process to get to what the persons values are and how to communicate that to the team. Then we design agreements so all team members are heard and are in an environment that works for everyone.
Loyalty Program: Build the clientele of your dreams. Clients that are loyal, and refer everyone they know to you.
Business Make Better: Looking at what specific areas are in need of your immediate attention. We find that usually there are some parts of your business that are working and some that are not. This is a targeted program to focus on only the areas that are in urgent need of your time and energy.

Team Retreats
Building a team is not an easy task, but it is possible. We do a salon retreat that focus's on building team trust, co-operation, loyalty and rapport. We focus on skill building in team communication, staff and client retention and creating a work environment that inspires creativity and overall well being for all. Retreat prices are quoted after consultation.
